Tapioca sago[Saggubiyyam]

We know well Tapioca sago[Saggubiyyam] is a fat less food. Those willing to decrease the pounds add this in their food. you can either use salt or sugar as per your taste and health.

Note: Intake of this food can reduce loose motions for adults and infants Good medication with no side effects.

Now let us go through the procedure.

Ingradients:
Tapioca sago[Saggubiyyam] - 1 cup
Drinking water - 5 cups
Salt or sugar - Taste

Directions:

Take a bowl, add 1 cup of Tapioca sago to it. Now add 5 cups of water to it. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
Keep this bowl on the stove on a SIM flame. Remember to stir it often. The color of the water changes white by mixing with Tapioca sago.

Now add salt or sugar to it for taste. This food can be served hot or cold. Both ways it can be tasted good.
